'Firlefanz' translates as Freak. Another excellent new variety from Volkmar Schara (Germany, 2013) that is particular flamboyant in summer. Very long leaves and a descendant of the superb 'Honigmond', this sempervivum can produce medium-large rosettes if given enough space. Already popular with sempervivum enthusiasts on mainland Europe, we are proud to introduce it here in the UK.
